If a facilitator accepts you for training, it also his discretion to approve you as a qualified facilitator. We consider the assistant - facilitator relationship as one of the cardinal relationships in the Genuine Growth concept. Similar to the relationship between student and facilitator, the assistant bonds with the qualified facilitator in a master-disciple fashion, but on a much deeper level. These relationships turn into a living body of knowledge.
